In her thesis, she pointed out 3 suggestions to do, which are to bring Cello to schools, organize a contest dedicated to Cello for Vietnamese people who love Cello at home and abroad, and produce a combined game show. Besides, the program has the participation of many other talented artists such as: Yamaguchi Hiroaki (Japan), Ella Bokor (Romania), Chu Hai Ly, Tran Khanh Quang (Vietnam National Academy of Music)... with the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra. Dinh Hoai Xuan confided, when she started organizing this program, she determined to face many difficulties and pressure. However, she saw it as motivation and was determined not to give up. “I shared with my brothers and sisters, the teachers and everyone agreed to help. For example, Professor, my Romanian teacher, returned empty-handed this time. Normally, he would have to buy another plane ticket for Cello, but this time I borrowed Mr. Thanh Phuc's guitar for him to perform, so the cost was somewhat reduced. Those are just very small details, but each person single-handedly made this 4th Cello Concert possible.
