Founder of social enterprise Cello Fundamento - Dinh Hoai Xuan

From a doctoral thesis on popularizing classical music in Vietnam, to international concert performances; From an artist to a small group of social activists with a love for classical music, after 7 years, Cello Fundamento with the premise of Cello Fundamento Classical Concert Series was founded by cellist Dinh Hoai Xuan since 2016, it has officially become a social enterprise on September 14, 2023 in Hanoi. The mission Cello Fundamento pursues is to spread classical music more widely to the public, providing a non-profit classical music playground loved and welcomed by the audience for domestic and foreign artists, stimulating source of inspiration, contributing to the community and society through performance and music education activities in schools, scholarship funds to support new music learners who are facing difficulties.Cello Fundamento believes that music can lift the soul, enrich life as well as nurture love and dreams for each person. A new beginning, a new position with many cherished plans for the community, outstanding activities that Social Enterprise Cello Fundamento has been wanting to carry out and develop for classical music in Vietnam such as:
  + The classic Cello Fundamento concert series (CF Concert) has so far featured more than 200 international artists (French, Romanian, American, German, Austrian, Chinese...) spanning 6 seasons. Cello Fundamento is a delicate blend of the cello with other instruments such as piano, violin or symphony orchestra. In particular, the program preserves Vietnamese music and culture through the highlight of Vietnamese songs newly created and arranged specifically for the orchestra. 

Dinh Hoai Xuan and all the artists ended the CF7 concert with a performance combining Vietnamese, French, and Romanian folk songs.

+ One Million Hands Touch Cello (CF to School: Millionhands’ Cello): Program to spread classical music into schools with community performances and classical music education activities.

 + The Cello Fundamento Talent Scholarship Fund (CF Scholarship) supports young people who love classical music.
  Programs and activities contribute to classical music in particular, music and social culture in general.
As one of the pioneering organizations in bringing classical music closer to the community, difficulties and challenges are inevitable, Cello Fundamento persists with its mission thanks to support and trust. of friends and the public, music lovers and cellist Dinh Hoai Xuan. We hope that social enterprise Cello Fundamento, although still young, will continue to contribute a lot to community classical music with everyone's love, enthusiasm and support.
